Novotel Kolkata is absolute love. The rooms the service the food, it can't get better than this. Chandrani specially takes care of everything so well it makes the stay and experience so much more comfortable for all us everytime we visit. We almost visit every other month and planning to do so in future as well.

Overall this is a very good experience & food is also very good.

Great staff, excellent accommodation, all arrangements & definitely well maintained, cleaned housekeeping, overall well arrangements in meeting. Dining & other arrangements is also very good. Behaviour of all the staffs is very good.

Had a wonderful experience at this property. The banquet team was extremely efficient and helpful. Mr. Bikram, Anowar, Rupaya, Prasanjit helped a lot. Really happy with the arrangements. Would like to recommend this property for business meets and events.

The front desk ladies are very well efficient and helpful specially Ankita and Amandip always smiling faces and genuine
